Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel please be advised you have 24 hours to rebook to apply your 25$ deposit. if exceeded the 24 hours you will loose your deposit.
If you are a no show you will loose your deposit and will be subjected to a no show fee . 3 no shows and you will be blocked from booking.
There is a 10$ late fee after every 30 minutes of your original time of being late. you have a grace period of the first 15 mins after your appointment.

Salon Etiquette
Respect that the salon has the right to cancel, edit or refuse appointments if they feel the well-being of the staff/clients are at risk.
If you aren’t feeling well, (feverish, coughing, runny nose) please cancel and reschedule. If you have visible symptoms, staff will advise to cancel.
Please no extra guest. Parents or guardians are allowed to accompany children
Please Keep phone conversations respectful and to a minimum
This is a safe space , mutual respect is required at all times .Please, no foul language.
Please keep food to a minimum, We prefer no outside meals . We understand that some styles take more then a few hours , there are small complementary snacks for a little pick me up if needed.
